Meet Our Fearless Owner

Crystal Kenny

From a young age, Crystal’s parents had consistently instilled a strong work ethic within our genetic makeup. After the birth of her second child, Crystal’s health deteriorated rapidly due to excessive late-night snacking and weight gain. Recognizing the need for a transformative change, she embarked on a journey to regain control of her well-being and commenced a workout regimen. Over the ensuing years, Crystal underwent a remarkable transformation, shedding her previous self and emerging as a new individual. Her energy levels surged back to their former teenage heights, and her mental health underwent a complete reversal.


It is imperative to recognize that significant transformations do not occur overnight. Crystal serves as a living testament to this principle. By implementing incremental adjustments to one’s daily lifestyle, it is possible to achieve improved health and well-being through the adoption of a positive mindset and a commitment to physical exercise. Remember, it all starts with one small step and a commitment to become better person than you were yesterday.
